Today my friend Tiff showed me a photo that made my mind have a flash back!  There i am alone  running on the beach, with ocean on one side and the rest of the world on the other.  It’s just something my body loves to do!  I relate the act and feeling of running to having amazing sex.  It’ like when out  say for your second mile moving into your third and your tired but then something insides you just shifts!  Then you adjust,  play the pauses, tune in to breath and then you keep hammering it out.  Not in that order per say all the time, sometimes it all happens at one time if you’ve mastered the art of it.  It’s a amazing feeling!  Going out for a eight mile run, a five mile run, even a two mile run can turn the beat around on your life.  The way you walk,  what’s that song?  No-body’s Gonna Break My Stride!  I love it!!  I Run in all conditions. Yea I get sore but I heard someone say run threw the pain!  My running shoes are the first thing I pack when going on a trip! I have gotten to know new places that only a pair of running shoes can get you there!  I recently ran myself out on these giant boulders at the New Jersey Shore.  I slipped and busted my ass out towards the water but the fact that I had the courage to do it was enough to make me love it all the more!  If your not living on the edge your taking up to much room!!!    I always think in the future I will have one condition for anyone that wants to interview me is,  Put on your running shoes and ask the questions over a five miler.   If it needs to be filmed I guess they will have to do their best to,  what’s that song?  “Can You Keep Up”?  When I first sat down to write this I was thinking it was going to turn out some sappy ass story  about how I came to run!  Who cares! The fact is i still run and I went from a chubby kid on the sixth grade cross-country team, to  one of the fastest middle distance runners in our country when i was just twelve.  Training with Varsity and Elite when I reached sophomore. At one time I lived away from home with my coach so I could focus. I was famous in high school cause they would say my name over the PA every week  sometimes a couple times a week.  Then I would walk down the hall and have people point and say that’s him!  All because I was shall we say quick on my feet and for a long period of time!  it’s like when people start hearing that someone has a big dick.  The word get’s out and some are afraid of you but for the most part everyone want’s a taste!  How fast is he really?  Then we broke up and to this day running remains my most loyal and trusted  friend!   We just choose not to be serious anymore.  So now let’s just say we are friends with benefits. Just me my body, my thoughts, my sweat,my demons, my chance to run away from it all and run right into something new!  I new feeling, a new way of looking at things, a new body!  It’s not a health choice that’s gets me up at six am sometimes!  It’s the feeling!  The feeling of being alive for myself on the planet.  Saying Thank You For My Body Temple!  So if you don’t own a pair of running shoes, may I suggest you get yourself a pair and date them.   Take them out on dates around the town and don’t be afraid to be seen with them!  I give permission to run them ragged, get down right dirty and sweaty with them.  It can be your own little secrete!  Do it in the morning or late at night!   Sneak out during lunch for a quick thirty!  Everyone will know that something is different  and you may have fallen in love or something?  Do it!  Just Do It!  It may be the best affair you will ever have with Your Self!!  Run because you can Run!!
